+219 If Supersize Me was supposed to put you off eating McDonalds, then Food, Inc was supposed to put you off eating entirely, amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

It's supposed to get you off eating GMOs.

by Anonymous 13 years ago

Maybe, but how are you supposed to do that in the United States, where they don't require GMOs to be labeled, or even show what goes into them?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

They're starting to pass legislation about that. Well, trying to anyways. You go to stores that have no-GMO brands.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I didn't know that, but good. They should pass that. Now I have to go watch Food, Inc. For the second time in AP Human Geography...

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Human geography? That sounds interesting. What exactly does that study?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Human Geography is basically the study of humans' activities and how they affect the environment. We're on the Agriculture chapter.

Oh, we called that AP Environmental Science. I don't know why they would be different if they're both AP, which is a national program.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I don't know. I don't believe we have AP Environmental Science at my school. There may be a couple of things different, or it might just be called something different.
