+412 It's very strange that some part of us is drawn to violent things. I mean, passing a car wreck, who doesn't turn to try to see...something, amirite?

Humans like to flirt with death. It's exciting and fun.

I sure do.

ehh, well maybe the person is just concerned when passing a car wreck?

It makes me so mad when passing car wrecks, every single person in front of you has to slow down and stare

I definitely do not look for bodies. I look to see if I recognize either car, but I have no desire whatsoever to get an eyeful of car crash victim. I'm mildly concerned for anyone not associated with that kind of thing by profession who does want to, actually.

i try to avoid looking at all costs in case i see something that i wish i hadn't.

It's crazy that I say a wreck today. Well I was about 50 yards behind a jeep and I looked down at my cellphone. When I looked up, the jeep was upside down. True story.

yup, we humans have morbid curiosity

I wrecked my car in May '09. (Not my fault AT ALL) year and a half later, I'm still physically messed up. But mentally, I'm fucked. I've got horrible anxiety.. And for whatever strange reason, I'm SOOOOO interested in wrecks now. Ill google image them, youtube videos, etc.

i always think if i look i'll see like a dead body, and i hate car crashes cause everyone feels the need to look and slow traffic down.
