Last time I checked, scientific theories generally have some concrete evidence. Unlike say, a religion that's based off of some book that was written by some sexist and homophobic dudes thousands of years ago

Have you ever actually read your text book? You do indeed realize that only thing the evoltionary theory has that's proven is that microevolution exists inside species (which isn't even part of the "evolutionary theory" but you do tend to bring that up as "proof") and that other animals existed a long time ago and now there are different animals that live here.......everything else is just a THEORY. And this "sexist, homophobic" you brought up doesn't have anything to do with the debate at all. The poster was talking about intelligent desig.......never once did he bring up christianity. In fact he even tried to be inclusive of other religions that also believe in intelligent design. So get your facts straight before you start talking about stuff thats over your head

Thank you! Jesus, finally someone that actually knows what they're talking about. Also, the bible wasn't written by some sexist homophobic dudes thousands of years ago. It was written over a period of 6,000 years by many different people, including royalty, priests, disciples, etc.

The Bible can speak for itself. You can't deney Jesus was a person, same as His disciples, His disciples and many others put their lives on the line for Jesus because they knew He was the Son of God and what He said was truth and they saw Him raise from the dead. How many people would put their life on the line if they knew it to be false, they wouldn't even have a hope after death! The prophets from the old testament prophesised much of what happened (John the baptist, virgin birth, crucifixetion, they prophesised crucifixtion before it was even invented) If that's all truth, why is the rest of the bible wrong? it all makes sense, and It's truely never been changed, it's been translated, but the facts have stayed the same, for thousands of years! Even if you don't believe it, you should look into knowing what the bible's about before disregarding it!
