(SO MUCH FUCKING RAGE): To quote one of the comments on that article: Number of quakes greater than 8.0 1980 - 1989: 4 1990 - 1999: 6 2000 - 2009: 13 2010 is only just beginning, only time will tell just what is in the cards for us this year. Either way mother nature is trying to get rid of us and has been trying harder over the past decade.

I actually felt/heard a meteor (news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20100415/ap_on_re_us/us_midwest_meteor) just as I was posting my previous comment..weird. I thought it was some weird ass thunder at that point 'cause I had no idea what it was. Anyhoo, I never heard anything about the world ending in 2000, just the whole thing with computers and such crashing..unless that's what you were referring to. And, hey, they /did/ make a movie about 2012, so it must be true..lol
