I always felt like this and one day I just went up to a random girl who was crying and talked to her.. she spilled her guts and said she ran away from home and needed money to get back to wherever she was from. I talked to her for awhile and gave her ten bucks. She may have been scamming me or w.e. but I hope I honestly helped her. Ya ya I know cool story bro..
