+239 When there's a certain song that's way overplayed on the radio, you wonder if the DJ is playing it so often because people request it, or if it's just because they think it's what people want, amirite?

You could probably look this up if you don't believe me, but DJs (on the large top-40 stations at least) don't decide the songs. It's mostly pre-programmed. Basically, when a song is played over and over, it's because they are trying to aggressively market it to you. It's a little fucked up.
