I think it's because if you're teasing a guy about having a small dick, the likelihood is that you have never seen it, so you're just like assuming...and it could be completely untrue. If you're teasing a girl about her boobs it's just harsh, because you can see if they're big or not, so it's not just an assumption so she'll obviously take it more seriously

Girls take judgment on their appearances more harshly because a girl's appearance is more significant than a boy's in society. They won't react well to it, even if they seem to.

if u go by Freudian theory u dont have to see it to just about tell a guy has a small dick by say the size of the vehicle like a pickup truck or engine power or big firearms ect.. cause he's comensating for something.. lol...
