SADEEE :)

The fact that all of you are so picky about your music is a shame. It's sad that people can't just enjoy themselves anymore. They have to bash a thing as universal as music to make themselves seem 'cooler' or more of a hipster than others. There is nothing wrong with mainstream music. Hop off that high horse.

The only one I see on a high horse is you, for bashing others who choose to dislike the music. I'm assuming you're not one of the people who actually like to listen to the meaning or message in a song. People can be 'picky' about music if they want. Would you rather be stuck in a car listening to music you hate or songs you love? I'm assuming the latter. Music is universal, because of the messages it sends. Just because one hip hop song is bad to someone, doesn't mean others won't love it and see what the lyrics are saying, the beat/rhythm, etc. Now, people have different tastes and if they choose to dislike mainstream music, something which is mostly auto-tuned the fuck out of with little meaning in hopes of creating a club hit, then so be it. Unless they're stopping you from listening to it, shut up.

You literally repeated half of what I said. I don't bash what you like. So why bash what I like. Music is all opinion. What you think is bad may be good to someone else, for example, auto-tuned mainstream. I do listen to the messages in music, and I do care about what I'm listening to. But sometimes, I like to just hear something upbeat and auto-tuned because it's fun. So...what's wrong with songs that don't have 'meaningful' lyrics?
