+404 Police have a very difficult job and should be commended for their bravery. However, we should never decide that the law doesn’t apply to the law enforcers, amirite?

The US is slowly turning into a police state.

Law enforcement protect the homefront; they should be respected. In the end, if some asshole invades your home, law enforcement officers will be the ones coming in and saving your ass.

Most likely in urban areas. We have 1 ambulance for 3 counties. Calling 911 for. prowler at your house is useless unless he is down & bleeding in your kitchen. you are standing on his throat. The asshole who breaks in to my house will not leave alive.

Where I live, calling the police means that there will be a wait of at least 30-45 minutes before an ambulance can actually find and get to you house. Better brush up on the CPR, bandages, and ammo. If somebody is coming into my house, I won't be sitting on my silly ass waitin for the blue lights. That bastard will be dead. The po-pos can come in and clean up.

I do respect police officers - there are simply not enough of them to cover the amount of area and people we have. Self-preservation is important and we should be armed for potential predators. And they are out there, no question. Probably on my Zoosk account lol.
