It would be awesome if AP tests were open note, amirite?

I'm not from America, so what is AP?

I'm not either but apparently it's just advanced high school courses. So kids in high school can take university level courses. We have it in Canada, too, but it's not called that (at least where I went to school).
Also, having an open book test kinda defeats the purpose. You're better off studying anyway, instead of wasting time searching notes for answers.

Advanced Placement. In high school, you can take college-level courses and if you pass the AP test, you get a college credit so you don't have to pay to take in college.

Oh so scholarship? If we pass we get x amount of money towards university (College)

Not exactly. We don't get money, we just get the credit so we don't have to pay for it when we go to college. So if we pass, say, 6 AP classes that we would have to take in college (Psychology, physics, languages), we could complete college in a shorter time.

That would be cool, except that getting a 5/5 would barely be an accopmlishment.
