WHY THE EFF WOULD THAT HAPPEN?? everyone except maybe you knows that OSL in not pakistani, the only thing they may go to war for is the fact that US gave Pak money to help them find Osama and they just sat on their fat asses (the govt, no offense to anyone paki) and kept taking money.

That was because Saddam Hussein had been protecting some of those responsible and people thought he had WMDs

Yea because thinking something is always a good reason to go to war for 10 years. WMDs were never found, and Saddam Hussein wasn't actually found to be protecting anyone. All it really did was take focus off the real issue that GWB couldn't find Osama, and he made a quote a few years after 9/11, saying that finding him was no longer first priority and that he didn't care about it all anymore.

Saddam was a terrible dictator who killed thousands. And I believe he did have WMDs. If I remember correctly he had some chemical weapons and he moved most of them somewhere else. http://hotair.com/archives/2010/10/24/wikileaks-documents-show-wmds-found-in-iraq/

Not only that, but Hussein was killing HIS OWN PEOPLE. It's not like he just decided to go to war and we intervened. We had to get him out of power before he ran his nation into the ground even more than he already had. In addition, he invaded Kuwait again, which was also the reason for the Gulf War.

Yeah I forgot to mention that he was killing his own citizens. People always say the wars in the Middle East are terrible ideas, but they were completely necessary. It just sucks that it had to happen.

I don't think we should go to war because of other country's civil matters. America isn't the world police; we should only go to war to help our allies who ask for it, or because another country harmed us first. We shouldn't go around forcing democracy on everyone else (which is basically what happened in Iraq) and no, actually to whoever said WMD's were found..none were found ever. They found an abandoned (believe it was a plane) buried underground they THOUGHT might have once had WMDs in them but there were none ever found...ever.

i dont think their story is THAT unbelievable...i mean come on maybe they DID look, but they just looked in caves and stuff and any suspicion regarding the compound in Abbottabad may have been ignored because what idiot would hide right near the capital near military officers? but THAT's where they were fooled...or perhaps they were just being lazy and liked taking money from the US...OR they could've been scared what Al-Qaeda will do to them if they capture/kill Bin Laden....

They actually got the worst backlash afterwards, there were bombings and attacks by the dozens. So yea you're right about them being scared.
