The last two weeks of high school are pointless, amirite?
by Anonymous12 years ago
Holy shit there is a guy named Herb in the facebook thing
by Anonymous12 years ago
I see him too
I also see me, I feel famous
by Anonymous12 years ago
so are middle school's last two weeks!
by Anonymous12 years ago
In our last week of school we go bowling, to cedar point, watch movies, and pretty much hang out in class.
by Anonymous12 years ago
We go to Montreal :)
by Anonymous12 years ago
Yeah, at my school, if you do not have to take semesters then you play cards, the last 2 weeks. My last day I played a card game in every block.
by Anonymous12 years ago
The PreAP teachers think it's the perfect time to throw some major projects at us that are due the day before exams. -_-
by Anonymous12 years ago
Mine too. I have a freaking research paper to do in English. My brain shut down last week, so it's gonna suck.
by Anonymous12 years ago
I have three English projects and a Chemistry one. :l
by Anonymous12 years ago
Whoa. That's a complete waste of time. One English project is enough
by Anonymous12 years ago
i had 2 english,1 science, and 1 math, and they just throw in 4 books we have to read
by Anonymous12 years ago
When is your last day?
by Anonymous12 years ago
thursday 18th of May in 2011
by Anonymous12 years ago
You're already out?
by Anonymous12 years ago
yeah but I don't know if being in one of the top 3 worst school counties in the Untied States of America affects the let out
by Anonymous12 years ago
Do you live in Lousiana?
by Anonymous12 years ago
wow my facts are old because I am in georgia and can't believe there is a worst school district
by Anonymous12 years ago
Oh idk either. I was just guessing a deep south state. Education is going down hill in the southern states. (I live in Texas, not trying to south bash)
by Anonymous12 years ago
HOLY SHIT TEXAS, MY 2ND FAVORITE STATE[I use to live in Texas and I like it]. ''South'' seems nowadays like everything to the right of Texas. What town do you live in? I say that Georgia sucks because I heard georgia is like 2 years behind states like Texas.
by Anonymous12 years ago
For all intensive purposes, I live in Mt. Pleasant. 2 hours from Dallas
by Anonymous12 years ago
I use to live in Fort Worth and it takes about 1 hour to get to Dallas
by Anonymous12 years ago
So school in Georgia is horrendous?
by Anonymous12 years ago
It is ok but you eventually tire of everybody acting as if they never saw a white person and being told you are the smartest kid
by Anonymous12 years ago
Ah so you go to a predominantly black school
by Anonymous12 years ago
well I use to in elementary school but middle school is more diverse
by Anonymous12 years ago
Wait...You're in middle school?
by Anonymous12 years ago
I was just comparing the 2
by Anonymous12 years ago
i would procrastinate the entire semester and use the two weeks to get all my grades. It was awesome, since I was pretty much the only one in school
by Anonymous12 years ago
My english teacher thinks its really awesome to have us write papers and read two more books. Nut i guess since AP exams are over all my hardest classes are done
by Anonymous12 years ago
Yeah, I thought that now that my 4 AP exams are over and the rest of my classes are music and a really easy English class it would be smooth sailing too. WRONG! Someone pissed off my AP Economics teacher saying she didn't prepare us for the exam, so she decided we needed a random pop exam, 3 assignments and a project all due the last week of school. All of that plus the Government project, English paper, 3 concerts and all of the Graduation/Baccalaureate/Senior Awards/Grad Bash/Banquets/Project Graduation crap. UGH! I only have 4 days left and am way more stressed than I though I would be.
by Anonymous12 years ago
I know what you mean. You'd think taking 5 AP classes (6 tests) would ensure te last few weeks to be pointless, but noooo they have to be pointless AND filled with demeaning projects.
by Anonymous12 years ago
We have finals up until the very last second of class..
by Anonymous12 years ago
This is especially true for IB and AP kids. Our tests, which end 2 weeks before school itself ends, are our finals, so we have to come to school and sit around for 2 weeks for NOTHING. Not even review.
