*mesmerized by darndest* ye.... WAIT WHAT NO! There are some phrases that are so screwed up that nothing, not even "darndest" can fix 'em, and that, my friend, is one of them.

>_< In Alley ways, ghetto neighborhoods. Hobo's or rowdy ass teens steal them from grocery stores and leave them places. One grocery store in my city tried to crack down on it by putting yellow lines at the end of the grocery store parking lot (I guess it had an alarm on it), and then putting locks on the shopping carts. So whenever someone tried to push it past the line, it would lock up. Yet I see a few around town sometimes...
