+724 Strange how 'Good morning', 'Good afternoon', and 'Good evening' are generally used as greetings while 'Good night' is used as a goodbye, amirite?

I use it as, "We're going to have a good night, tonight" and girls usually greet me when I do

not really strange since night is the time you part ways to sleep...

Or "Good day", but then again, that can be used as either a greeting or a farewell.
