Like who? Just because he was a great rapper doesn't mean that there would be no other rappers.

Tupac set the bar for what rap should really be about. Once he was gone, that kind of diminished. f he was alive and continued to make music, rap would be at a level that most rappers today wouldn't match. ex. Gucci Mane. Same way the Beatles developed rock.

I was sure Gucci Mane or Kid Cudi or something would be brought up. They're not true rappers. Like Lil Wayne, they're more commonly known as "studio gangsters". Regardless of Tupac, he would've probably continued on to make music. Sure, Tupac set the bar really high, but nowadays people are just in it for the money. We still have people like Dre, Game, Snoop, Cube etc around though so it's not all bad.

Probably not. Just because there's good music out there doesn't mean people won't still listen to garbage.
