I started from Waste, then Litter, then Waste, then Litter, then Waste, then Litter, and so on. Anyone want to help?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Waste the first link is material, which goes to matter etc.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I didn't :( I ended up just going in some big circle...

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Waste, then Litter, then Waste, then Litter, then Waste, then Litter.....

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Philosophy@1271118 (IJustLostTheGame): Waste, to materials, to matter, to physical body, to physics, to natural science, to science, to knowledge, to fact, to information, to sequence, to mathematics, to quantity, to property, to modern philosophy, to philosophy.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Well, I feel stupid, I missed 4 links and went straight to litter. Goes to show you the eyes of person who is thought to have 20/20 vision.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Sometimes, the "waste" page I get has "litter" as the first link, and it cycles. But not always (not sure why)

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Well, I guess you lost this game too.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

maybe I did mine wrong but I got close enough! I went from Justin Timberlake to Psycology!

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Philosophy... Not psychology.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I know that's why I said I got close enough because I was too lazy to go on

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah they were aware.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

If you end up on the page for "human", you get trapped in a circle.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

No you don't. The first link would be living.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Human The first link is "taxonomically", which will bring you on a loop along the pages: human, taxonomy, Ancient Greek, Greek language, Latin, IPA for English (it's a pronunciation page), English language, West Germanic language, Germanic languages, Indo-European languages, language family, language, human.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Taxonomically is in parenthesis. Living is the first link.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

...somehow, I think that was meant to relate to the pronunciations (which means my list above was technically incorrect, but it will bring you back to "human" either way), but using "living" as the first word will get you to philosophy, yes.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I did taxanomically and ended up with philosophy! :L

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I did the same thing. I was assuming that they meant the links in parenthesis as in where it says "Homo sapiens (disambiguation)" on the human page.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Can someone please post a picture showing how the got philosophy from human?? I'm ending up in a circle and I think I'm doing it right (I clicked living).

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Sorry... I'm not on a computer. Anyone else?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I just didn't feel like typing the same amount of e's as you did. If you want to be all specific, ya, I meant cleeeever. Plus, cleever isn't a word.

Neither is woooow. But really, how clever you are to say cleeeever isn't a word. You're just filled to the brim with clever.

Death Metal- Extreme Metal- Umbrella Term- Subset (named superset in link)- Mathematics- Quantity- Property- Modern Philosophy- Philosophy Nice try, Wikipedia, but I doubt that screaming psychopaths with strep throat are going to be considered philosophic individuals anytime soon.

Gay Male Sex Male Sex Male Sex Male It's an endless loop D: aha, it worked for everything else though ;)

Doesn't work with reason or rationality!

by Anonymous 12 years ago

It probably does, but I'll let you think it doesn't because everyone else who tried to find flaw failed...but remember, Wikipedia changes constantly and this trick will NOT work forever.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

If you go past philosophy it loops with reason and rationality...

by Anonymous 12 years ago

THIS IS FREAKING AWESOME.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I tried scrolling through the comments to see if anyone had posted this and i didn't see it, so here goes. I'm not sure if its because wikipedia changed, but most of the searches that were commnted all went from"Mathematics" "Quanitiy" "Property" "Modern Philosophy" and then "Philosophy". But now, on every search I do tht leads to "Property", the article starts out, "In logic, modern philosophy..." where logic is linked before modern philosphy, sending me into an endless loop. Am I doing something wrong, or did these two words ruin a big chunk of all the searches that could have worked?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I know this is very late, but this post in conjunction with the xkcd comic led some people to change the wording to mess it up and in turn made others try to change it back. It started a wikipedia wording war, making the effects from the post only work at certain times.
