Talking to yourself when you're alone IS completely normal... if you don't talk to yourself when you're alone that makes you weird.

What draws the line is knowing when it's appropriate and when it isn't. Basically, talking to yourself in private is ok - I go through what I'm planning to do the next day, how I thought conversations should have went, etc., by myself in private. But you will draw attention if you do it in public.
