Jane Eyre. Wurthering Heights. A Seperate Peace. Great Expectations. A Tale of Two Cities. All terrible books, but none are by Shakespeare.

Catcher In The Rye rocks! Great Expectation isn't that bad! actually: Journal of the Plague Year is the worst. I do not wish it upon my most nemesis!

Romeo and Juliet was entertaining.

Shakespeare truly laid the way for the English language. What people have done to it, in my opinion, is a tragedy. Don't get me wrong, I don't think we should all talk Shakespearean, but the way that people destroy grammar and spelling kills me. It makes me wonder if going to school to be an English teacher is actually worth the effort or trying to undo all the crap.
