Ummm, I'm guessing you never heard of tye girl who tryed to commit suicide, but her mom broke down her door and took her the the hospital before she died.

this post is only partly true, because there are a few cases where the person did everything right and should have died instantly. For example, a bullet to the head IS survivable, although unlikely.

What about when another person interferes? Then it wasnt their fault that the attempt failed.

Sometimes people miraculously survive falls from great heights, they didn't take enough pills, didn't bleed out enough, etc etc

My friend tried to OD on over the counter medication once, and sleeping pills a second time. She survived both.

I think you're right for the most part. I tried to commit suicide once and failed, and even though I was fulled commited to the idea after I realized it was kinda stupid. But if someone really wanted to kill themself they would and if they failed once they could always try again.

I once knew a guy who slit his wrists jumped off a building into a car and somehow electrecuted himself (don't remeber how) all at the same dude and hes still around as far as I know. Honestly, how would you know how hard it is to kill yourself? Like you've ever tried to know this.
