While the rotating hallway is incredibly legit, skiing and explosions are two of my favorite things.

I think they all(especially limbo) are really cool except the 1st dream level is kind of eh.

I think the 2nd was the best though the arctic base was epic, and Limbo was so F'ed up that it was awesome too.
