"You've got the wrong number" just sounds kind of harsh to me.

Once, a man called me thinking I was his girlfriend and I felt too bad to correct him; we had a five minute conversation about our days, and when he asked me if I was ready to go out I said, "Sorry, I think you've got the wrong number," and hung up. It was bad.
