+443 It's a little worrisome that you cook food and straighten your hair at similar temperatures. amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

i use even a way higher temperature to straighten my hair than i use to cook or bake food

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Usually I use 400-500 degrees to straighten my hair.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

That CAN'T be good. I bet your hair is fried.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

it suprisingly isnt.thank god but im scared it will be really bad as i get older. i use 450 and low temperatures dont straighten my hair as well

I'm afraid of fried hair, too. I use like 3 different heat protectors before I straighten my hair.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

i tried that once but it just made my hair greasy so i stopped

Worrisome? More like EFFICIENT!

by Anonymous 12 years ago

that's why youre not supposed to straighten your hair every day.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I actually set my straightener on a low temperature so it will be less likely to fry or burn my fingers that badly (and it works fine for the actual straightening part).
