+80 We have all seen the TV shows where a person is on a plane and there is a little kid behind them who keeps kicking their seat. But that never happens in real life, amirite?

I was on a plane overnight for 12 hours with a little kid kicking the back of my chair,

by Anonymous 12 years ago

You need to get out more.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

That always happens to me.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I've only been on a plane once in my life and there was a kid kicking the back of my chair the entire time.

I remember this one time this little kid kept kicking my seat, I turned around to give him a "look" and I realized his dad was the one teaching him to do it :(

by Anonymous 12 years ago

wtf?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Double the reason to give the look and the words of disdain. Ask for icewater in a glass set it on the top of the seat when they kick again whoops so sorry lol. Or recline fully. That usually calms them down.

Obviously it doesnt happen as often as you would think

And a fat person in a Hawaiian shirt sleeping on their shoulder

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Ah that wake them up and say this armrest is divider stay on your own side. If they can't time to get them kicked off or forced to buy 2 seats/. I don't like fat pigs at all.

Yes it does. I kicked the back of some guy's chair on my last trip, thank you very much. ...

When a little kid starts kicking the back of my chair, I will repeatedly put my seat back and forward just to get revenge.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Just back and reclined is good too then you go to restroom.

by Anonymous 7 years ago

It would be funny if you were an adult and you were sitting behind a little kid and you kicked their chair(but that would be immature)

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Happened to me the other day.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I had a twenty-something-year-old woman behind me who kept nudging my seat. I'm like, "This is as far up as it goes! Sorry!"

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Jeesh what a fool she was yas? You could push back further and recline too just to show her what was in store. nme

by Anonymous 7 years ago

If i had known that so many people would disagree about it, i wouldnt have written it.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I had four kids behind me all under the age of eight and unacompanied(sp? ). It was a six hour flight, not only did they kick the back of my seat the whole time, they wouldnt shut the hell up. the oldest was a stuck up little bitch and I wanted to break my foot off on her face. *sigh* its always good to vent.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Wow, that must have sucked.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I fly every few months (usually long flights like 10 hour flights) and I have NEVER had that happen to me. If I did I would turn around and ask the parent to please teach their child how to behave. It might be rude but some people need to learn

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I had a middle aged man kick my seat for the whole flight the other day.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

And then you turn around only to find out that some huge bodybuilder guy is the kid's father.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

It can happen, Once my bf and i were flying to Hawaii kid was behind us kicking and fussing. So I stood up looked at him and said stop that. He and his mom looked horrified and it stopped. Can't believe people think just because they love teir children we all do. That is like letting your dog poop on anothers lawn and not cleaning it up. I like my dog but I don't expect anyone else will want to see her droppings or hear her bark. So I make sure that isn't happening.
