+238 Everything we imagine is construed from things that already exists. This makes it hard to imagine a future with completely new music genres and instruments, or a new animal, or a new food; everything we imagine is just a combination of things existent today, amirite?

No, there are new things; it would be pointless to describe them because the parts they are made from don't exist (yet) and you wouldn't know what they look like.
