Not necessarily. If you're thinking about whether or not to do something on a Friday and you spend Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday thinking about whether or not to do it, you'll still have the same amount of time to do it on Friday.

I mean like if you're thinking about whether or not to brush your teeth. While you're thinking about doing it or not, you could be brushing your teeth in that amount of time.

This is why I have problems when I need to go to the bathroom, but I'm waiting for my mom. Once she actually did call when I was in the bathroom. Then got mad at me for not picking up -__-
