You mean "why did I disagree?" I didn't realize that was to me... That was because I used to not know how to take naps and would just lie down until I fell asleep and wake up like an hour later, feeling tired, then I learned the right way to take them, to train your body to fit it into 20 minutes and use them after lunch, and now I feel more energized after naps. Most older people to be a lot better at it than younger people but kids can still pull it off I think.

A nap should only be about half an hour long. That way to don't go into REM (aka really deep) sleep. Waking up from REM will leave you more tired than you were before.
