drawing a neck is as far as I go in drawing a girl but mostly because I don't believe in myself to draw a body and the head and neck seem more inspiring

You bunch of.... The Breasts are the best part. Not just because you can use your imagination and fill it whatever kind of aspects you like, but also because it teaches you about the different ways to soft round ball like objects can look at different angles and collision points. Think of it as art, not sexual pleasure!
