holy crap I know. >:(

They could add some features without rearranging the whole fucking thing.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I know, I'm so confused.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

All they added were acheievements and groups, they didn't need to change the whole thing for that. This is gonna lag like hell on my laptop.

Everything looks so fucking tiny.

You can always go back to the old amirite.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

How do you get back on the old amirite?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Yeah. Now if they would just put the chat box back online the site would be a pinnacle of perfection, more beautiful than baby kittens, chocolate, or Omega molecules.

AMEN.

I appreciate the effort, but it changed the nature of the site. Like, instead of just going on the hear/voice opinions, the whole showing the followers so publicly makes it feel pressured to be a social networking type site. It's a little harder to read I think too, and takes some of the achievement of being homepaged away but letting your followers post show up on it too. I'm still loyal to the site, but I probably would not have joined it if today was the first time saw it.

I see what you're saying about the "social networking pressure" with the amount of followers. Overall, I love the new site, but that's probably one of the things I would change. As for custom homepage, you don't HAVE to see posts from people you're following. That, why it's customizable.

Its starting to grow on me now, but I still don't like the follower thing. Reminds me too much of twitter, and I can't stand that site.
