+306 Weight loss might be really hard because of this: people are looking for instant satisfaction. Food gives you that instant satisfaction, with the consequences coming a while after. Dieting is the opposite- you have to work really hard, the satisfaction coming much later; therefore, the person tends to get impatient while waiting for that happiness. Amirite?

working out is kind of instant gratification at least to me, I know you don't see results immediately but I always feel better right after I work out.
