How to get a sibling of the 2000's confused; write in cursive, amirite?

The beauty of this post is that even if there is a child out there who can disprove you, they can't post something in cursive in order to do so.

You guys sure? Cause I think I started learning cursive in school when I was like 10 years old. If that fits any kid with normal education born circa 2000 should understand to some degree.

The point was that kids these days don't learn cursive in school anymore, or feel that it's too stupid to actually learn and use it.

I really don't see the point in taking time out of class to teach cursive just about everyone in my grade who learned cursive resorted to writing in print as soon as the teacher stopped making them write in cursive. There are more productive ways to spend class.

My opinion on it is that it's penmanship in general. People don't find the need to learn how to write nicely or correctly because everything is about technology now. Some things musn't be cast aside and forgotten about, and in my opinion, penmanship is one of them.

My little brother was born in 2002, and he never learned about cursive in school like I did. One of his teachers sent him a thank you card written in cursive, and he had to ask me what some of the words were because he couldn't tell. I felt a little sad on the inside.
