If I understand correctly, your body's cells die and renew at a rate such that you're an entirely new set of cells every six months. I'm currently working on my 37th me.

Not quite. Certain cells never regenerate (in adults), such as nerve cells (neurons) and adult cardiac and skeletal muscle cells. I also don't think that it's only 6th months, that seems quite shorts. /Biology geek
