It doesn't matter to me because I'm only friend with people who are around my age.

Then tell their parents you think little Timmy should not have a facebook because it is illegal and there's a lot of dangers on the interwebz he's not quite responsible enough to handle. There's still age limit, I just report the profiles.

Get someone to scare little timmy off facebook. Sounds morbid but if you really do hate it, Its a reasonable idea

It still has one, but it's lowered. Besides, people will use Facebook regardless of the age limit.
