+270 You've had a dream where you honestly can't tell if it was reality or fiction when you wake up, amirite?

Chris Brown was going to kill me, because I saw him murder someone...And he was standing right next to my bed (in my dream), so then when I woke up, I was all like "I know you're there, Chris". My mom was standing outside of my room and woke me up by saying "Who the hell is Chris?"

I was dreaming once and I realized I was dreaming and instantly woke up upon the realization. I was super pissed cause I've always wanted to be aware in my dreams and try to control them. So then I get out of bed, which then causes me to really wake up and I was even more pissed cause that meant I was actually self aware in a dream and could have done something but lost it right away.

Last night I dreamt that my neighbourhood was on fire. We stay in a small suburb off one of the main roads. There are 3 parallel roads with houses in between; we're in the road farthest from the main road. see http://ctrlv.in/104549 The fire started at a house in the road first turn into, then later it was just across from our house - the people opposite us's house was completely alight. When I woke up I thought there was really a fire, until I heard heavy rain on the roof and realised it was a dream. I was proud of my dream-self for the way I handled things in the dream-fire though. I was with my sister in the house. We weren't sure if the fire would stay across the street or make its way to our house, so we gathered the dogs (we also had a new puppy that we don't really have) and I fetched my memory box with all my mementos and things from my ex and we watched the fire from the lounge, preparing to get out should it come our way. Dream-me had saved my dogs the same way real-me would, and I'd quickly decided that my material possessions could be replaced, but my memory box items could not.

Interesting story but us's? **Our

No, not "our". I was trying to find a way to indicate possession of the other house by "the people opposite us". It didn't work out very well though, and I could only edit the text above the picture.

The worst are dreams are the recurring ones that have different outcomes so it seems like you do something frequently, but never the same way. Those make you lose your mind.

Easily makes the worst nightmares ever, especially if you 'wake up' and get thrust right back into another one. Inception isn't always fun -_-

I spent years being convinced my grandfather cheated on my grandmother a lot with her knowing. When I spoke to my mother about it, she laughed, because it wasn't true and she had never told me while I was sure she did. I must've dreamt that sometime :P
