When it's really hot, and guys can just stroll around without one, it's not fair! There should at least be a law that states men over 65 and/or fat, pale, hairy men can and should not go shirtless. If boobs are such a disturbance in public, gross man titties should be too.

scientifically it can keep you cooler to wear a white shirt that reflects sunlight away. Unless you're working out, in which case the heat his coming from your own body

If it was socially acceptible, girls would have no problem taking their shirts off, it would be natural. That said, I wish it was socailly acceptible.
