Yeah totally, except...have you ever gotten bubbles in your eyes?? OUCH! Also it would leave weird spots on your car. Other than that it would be really fun :D

It might! I mean if bubbles are raining down from the skies, anything's possible! :D Although as mentioned above, it's more likely that they were talking about water bubbles.

It should start raining little baby ducks. except they'll all float down all daintily and they'll all land in ponds and bodies of water that don't have carnivorous fish in them. oh, and some can float down people's chimneys so the kids have a new pet. 8D
