+385 When little kids draw you a picture, and you have no idea what it is, you just say "Oh thank you, that's nice" Amirite?

One time when my little brother was mad at me, he drew a picture of me drowning in the ocean and crying. He then slid it under my door which he then kicked, and ran off.

And yes, it is a cool story, bro.

No, I say "You have disgraced me with your inferior paper offering... BE GONE!" Seriously though, of course you nod politely and say thank you. Unless you want to ass and make them cry, then by all means tell them its a shitty drawing

well if I knew what it was I'd be like "Aw that's a cute dog" or something....

Yeah the little kid usually tells you what it is, like "I drew you a picture of a house" so you just look at the colourful scribbles and say "What a pretty house you drew"

Not always, a kid once walked up to me and said "here, I drew you a picture" and handed it to me..

That puts you in a tough situation, whatever you do never ask what the kid drew.

haha yeah that's probably a great idea

One time, a kid handed me a drawing and said, "Here, I drawed you a cat." And I said, "Aw, what a cute kitty cat!" And he's like, "IT'S NOT A CAT, IT'S A FREAKING HORSE!!!!!" Then he kicked me and ran away.

A good thing to say is "Tell me about it". That way, they explain what it is without realising you had no idea to begin with.
