Yeah, but what bothers me about this is that the people who feel this way also usually don't care when they're done late and their ride has to wait for them. It's a two-way street.

I used to carpool with my neighbor and her mom would ALWAYS be late to pick us up from school. One time we had to wait for an hour for her to pick us up and it was so windy and raining so hard. Everything in my backpack was soaked, and on top of it all, she told us not to get her leather seats wet.
