I didn't know that was a thing... that's terrible o_o I think a common misconception about Christianity (I believed it up until I was corrected) is that you can't have sex before marriage, but in reality it's supposed to be when you're committed to a person and in love with them (which is basically whoever you'll marry). So you can have sex whenever you want/feel ready...

Well we were discussing it in church and I guess you can take it in many different ways. Personally I think it's just when you have a committed relationship, but I was told it didn't actually say marriage in the Bible. I could be wrong, there could be some translation differences.

Well straight men can't have sex with anyone but women, and if women are executed for having sex then they probably wont do it, forcing men to also wait until marriage. It seems like you forgot that it takes two to have sex.

Doesn't the Bible say something about how if one can't control his sexual urges, to marry someone to relieve them? I dunno, I may be wrong, but I feel like it was in Leviticus somewhere. I tried looking though and didn't see it. Hmmm I wonder where I heard that, then.

I want to wait until I'm married, but I'd rather just have sex before marriage than risk marrying the wrong person. By the way, if anyone has a problem with people saving themselves for marriage or wants to argue about it, go fuck yourself. I'm not responding.
