Except the domesticated ones who basically would go extinct when humans aren't around to feed them.

History Channel did a show called Life After People, most of the animals just moved into the cities. Although they mentioned that a lot of the animals that we've bred specifically, like the smaller legged dogs would starve trapped in houses.
