Having the headphone jack on the top right of a phone is the style now, but completely irrational. Having it on the bottom right would make alot more sense. amirite?

Not really. If you're going to put the phone in your pocket while listening to music then both ways work. You would just put your phone in facing up if the jack is on the top. If it's on the bottom though, it's more intrusive if you're actually holding the phone and using it. With the way I type on my phone, the headphones would completely screw up my grip. Especially if they were the bent kind.
