+424 It must be sad to be the person who goes in and edits people's Wikipedia pages to past tense after they die, amirite?

Imagine that. "So what do you do for work Fred?" "Well I'm the official past-tense pronuncer for wikipedia...You know, I change deceased people's wikipedia pages to past tense." "Oh.. interesting..."

As a Wikipedia editor, I must say there is no such individual person. It most likely is the group that mostly edited the article before their death. So for Steve Jobs, all the Mac lovers went in and edited when he died, it was not just one person.

Yeah, I realized after it got homepaged that it sounded like I thought one person edited it, even though I don't think that.
