It's funny that Texas complains about illegal immigrants. Most of their ancestors were illegals going to Mexican Texas.

aw well that really stinks :/ Is that where all the unicorns are and why we never see any? You would hate to come to Texas. Especially during the summer when temperatures are as high as 101 degrees F. Maybe if you loaned Texas some of your cold and we gave you some of our warmth, we would all be much happier!

oh okay...but I still don't know where to find the unicorns :( The only ones we have in Texas are the ones with their magic stripped from them and their unicorn horn chopped off :(. We call them "horses" but I know what they really are.

It is a huge problem here in southern California, and our state government supports illegals so nothing is being done. We are at the point were we are giving tax payer money to illegals and giving them many benefits that should be only allowed to citizens. And their culture is taking over, I've seen neighborhoods with nothing printed in english, and have been into stores that have no english speaking employees.and it really pisses me off when they have their Mexican pride events that are often very anti American. they can be proud of their culture but if they are here then they should at least respect ours that they are leeching off of.

Yes, and now our governor has made a program giving illegal people full scholarships.... It's like, I'm a hardworking white tax payer and get absolutely nothing but since they have the word "illegal" in front of their name they get allege benefits... Without paying a dime in taxes to our government. Last time I checked illegal was not a very good term... Not to be hateful or anything, southern California is mostly run by mexicans or Mexican rights supporters, which is why we have all these laws and such specifically geared toward them. Sorry my rant was really long but it really fires me up:)

There's a difference between being illegal and being a Mexican. Once you get over that first hump, maybe your argument won't be so bullshitted. You can't complain of people wanting to fight back racism if your own argument went suspiciously smoothly from being about illegals to all of a sudden; Mexicans, and that the underlying message was that Mexican pride parades are discreetly run by illegals. Hm. Time for Common sense: America is a free country, for people who are there legally. Most mexican in those neighborhoods are there legally. If you don't like what they're doing, that's fine. There's a lot of crap going on the in the U.S. But if it's not harming anyone, and it doesn't break laws, then they have a right to do it. Something you have to learn, Catalyst, is that the saying "America is a free country" means... "America is a free country". Not "America is a free country.. for those who do only what I like". Oh, and what are those "many benefits" are you talking about? To attain a lot of benefits in America, at least the very useful ones, you need a Social Security Number. Something Illegals don't have.

the reason why I am talking bout Mexican illegal immigrants in particular is because here in SoCal we don't have problems with illegal immigration from anywhere else. first of all I would like to apologize for my poorly argued comment, it was more of a short rant and I did not intend to start a discussion from it. but this is not about racism at all, I know plenty of legal Mexicans who cant stand the fact that California gives benefits to illegals. my friends mother in particular, a woman who had to wait 10 years before she could come here legally to benefit from citizenship. I would write more but I do not feel like arguing about this right now.
