Yea, because people keep cigarettes in their mouth for extended periods of time without exhaling the smoke.

Actually, I used to pretend it was a cigarette. It made me feel cool. Oh god, I was under the influence when I was five.

Believe it or not, back when I was in 8 th grade I got questioned for a good 10 minutes by a cop who confused a cigeratte with a lollipop.
