Why would I feel guilty? I did not make them be deaf. I had nothing to do with their deafness or my ability to hear. Yes, it sucks that they have to deal with that difficulty, and sure, I feel bad for them, but I have never felt guilty for being able to hear.

Yeah, I'm really surprised that this is voted up. I definitely feel thankful that I can hear, but I don't understand why anyone would feel guilty.
