Kind of, but I will still offer comfort to the best of my ability, maybe offer to beat somebody up for em, or try to tell a joke to make them smile or laugh, and of course, offer a tissue and hugs. With most people we will encounter in life, we won't always know what is wrong, but I typically strive to be understanding that we all have problems that we will go through in life. What drives me more crazy is when someone is angry at me, and won't tell me why if I honestly don't have a clue. If someone is crying, it is kind of hard to talk and cry, so give em time.
