-200 The conditioner always runs out first because it is fluffier and less dense than shampoo, and thus less can be packed into the bottle. Mystery solved, amirite?

i just always use a lot more conditioner than shampoo

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I always run out of shampoo first. Probably because I use way more of it.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Same. But I use more because I shampoo my hair twice and only condition once.

Shampoo lathers and expands, conditioner doesn't. I haven't used conditioner in almost a year, my hair is too oily. I have 3/4 of a bottle gathering dust in my bathroom.. You want it?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

You realize that by nit using conditioner, you're only making you're hair even more starved for moisture, thus making it produce more oil. You're Making you're problem worse

I use shampoo/conditioner 2 in one thing. it gets conditioner but I don't like using actual conditioner separate, it feels dirty all the time when I do.

*your... Sorry.... I completely agree with your comment.

hahahaha thank you, I didn't notice that!

You're welcome!

If you have curly hair condionair is a life saver.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Condionair?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I UNDERSTAND. My hair is like super curly and thick and it gets frizzy in humidity (Living in Florida doesn't help it) so I use more conditioner than shampoo.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I use way more shampoo than conditioner... my shampoo bottle always runs out while my conditioner is, like, 3/4 full. Hmmmmm.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

You're supposed to use less conditioner than you do shampoo... that's why shampoo is supposed to run out first, not the other way around.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I'm pretty sure everyone's hair has individual needs and there isn't actually a correct ratio of shampoo to conditioner.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

My hair is thick and curly, and it needs extra moisture. My hair stylist tells me to shampoo no more than 4 times a week and use a deep conditioner. Maybe for YOURE hair needs more shampoo but doesn't. It's different for everyone and there is no right way

" but MINE doesn't" * sorry for some reason I forgot to write mine

unless you're told otherwise, in most hair-care books it will tell a person with an average hair-type to use about half of what you use in conditioner for shampoo. I have thick very wavy hair and still use less conditioner than shampoo, or maybe it seems that way since I have 6 people in my house and only 2 of them use conditioner?

by Anonymous 12 years ago

***half what you use for shampoo, to condition. Sorry.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

well yeah i know that some hair types require less conditioner and some more but what you may it seem like is that youre doing it wrong if you use less shampoo than conditioner . theres no right way , some hair needs it , some doesnt. like dry hair ( which can be straight, curly whatever) needs more conditioner. oily hair ( usually straight and fine but it can be any) needs less conditioner . and normal moistured hair just needs about half and half.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I didn't mean for it to come out like that, :( I meant for average. It's just the way I type, I leave out details. Sorryyyy!

by Anonymous 12 years ago

I don't know what kind of fluffy shampoo you're using, but I want to try it. lol

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Troll science, for the fail. Density has nothing to do with how much of it you can fit into the bottle.

No one cares about any of these comments. You are all incredibly stupid and self-obsessed.

by Anonymous 12 years ago

Obviously you do, because you're commenting on them.
