No. I mean it explains and names things (specific social interactions, body language, anger displacement methods) that, often times, go unnoticed before you take a psychology class.

Like when I was little I had OCD and I knew that that wasn't normal so I forced myself to stop it and now I don't have it. I had no idea what OCD was at the time, btw.
