There are a few publishers who have started doing it with selected books too. What if you don't have a 3g or wifi enabled tablet?

Because that way i could leave my tablet or ereader in my car. If I am halfway through a book but don't have it with me I'm not going to start reading another one at the same time. Occasionally i get held up somewhere or have to wait for someone and would be an easy way to waste an hour waiting.

It's easy enough to copy the CD into iTunes by yourself though, just sayin'
