They would easily take down sites likes that, if the site owners don't attempt to adjust to the law. So either the site gets deleted, or we lose the right to speak freely and share on the site. It's a lose/lose situation, which is why this law shouldn't be passed. And I've read the document.

The law is to remove internet piracy, which they believe will be good, but it basically destroys half the internet in the process. Why pass a law that will only have that particular benefit but much more disadvantages? And it's not "a bunch of people on the internet". It's virtually EVERYBODY opposing this law.
