+245 Scientists never seem to agree on the pronunciation of things, amirite?

I'm voting no but I still can't figure out how you're supposed to pronounce "aspartame". I've heard professors and doctors pronounce it in so many ways.

They use specific nomenclature to decifer names, most are based on latin, and in physics numbers do the talking, you're wrong

My goodness, today I was in physiology and the professor pronounced vesicle (I say vess-ickle) as vee-sickle. Pretty much every student giggled every time she said it. True story.
